Emirates Government Services Excellence Program

In line with the vision of the UAE to be one of the best countries in the world by the year 2021, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai launched the Emirates Government Services Excellence Program in March 2011 in order to raise the efficiency of government services to the level of 7 Star, by focusing on customer centricity and enhancing government efficiency.

Our Role:

RAI will assist you in developing a tailored documented Emirates Government Services Excellence Program management system that includes:

  • Conducting Gap Analysis,
  • Conducting Awareness Training of the system,
  • Prepare all needed Policies, Manual and Procedures those in line with the UAE government program requirements and international customer service standards,
  • Implementation Support,
  • Check (Internal Audit),
  • Prepare Corrective Actions Plans,

Credibility and international recognition by related governmental authorities and certification bodies
